  • ice to fill glass
  • 180 millilitres pineapple juice
  • 60 millilitres espresso

Instructions

  • Fill a 47cl (16oz) glass with ice (all the way to the top). Add the pineapple juice.
  • Brew your espresso and pour it over top.
